How I write these

I'm Bryson Meunier. I built DRESSED because getting dressed every morning took more thought than it should have, and I use it every day.

I'm not a stylist. When an article says a rule, like matching your belt to your shoes or which colors work together, it comes from people who've studied clothes for a living: Permanent Style, Put This On, Gentleman's Gazette and others, linked where it matters. Where they disagree, I say so.

Here's how a piece gets made. I pick the topic and decide what I think about it. Claude, Anthropic's AI, helps me research and write a first draft. Then I cut anything I wouldn't say, rewrite what doesn't sound like me, and check every number against its source. If I can't find a real source for a statistic, it comes out. Nothing goes up until I'd put my name on it.

I've worked in search since 2000, so I know what content written only to rank looks like. These aren't meant to be that.

DRESSED isn't my full-time job, but I've put real work into making it work well for you: about 18 changes a week on average over the last six months. The bigger ones are on the updates page. If something here is wrong, or there's something you wish DRESSED did, email feedback@trydressed.com. I read every message and act on what I can.
