These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DRESSED, operated by AlgoFāv LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an Illinois limited liability company. By using DRESSED at trydressed.com, you agree to these Terms.
DRESSED is an AI-powered personal styling application that generates outfit recommendations based on your wardrobe, weather, and calendar. DRESSED is provided as a software service, accessible via web browser and as a progressive web app.
You must sign in with a Google account to use DRESSED. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
DRESSED offers a free tier with limited Vera AI calls per month and a Pro subscription at $8/month with unlimited calls and additional features. Free plan limits reset on the first of each month. We reserve the right to adjust plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
Outfit recommendations are generated by an AI model and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. DRESSED does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness of any recommendation for your specific circumstances. You retain full discretion over your clothing choices.
DRESSED participates in the Amazon Associates Program. When you click product links in the AI Shopper feature, DRESSED may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload to DRESSED. By uploading content, you grant AlgoFāv LLC a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the DRESSED service to you. We do not use your wardrobe photos or personal data to train AI models.

DRESSED is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoFāv LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DRESSED. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to DRESSED for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@trydressed.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DRESSED after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
