DRESSED ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by AlgoFāv LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use DRESSED at trydressed.com.

Information We Collect

Account information: Your name and email address, collected via Google OAuth when you sign in.
Wardrobe data: Photos and details of clothing items you add, including names, brands, colors, categories, and wear history.
Outfit history: Records of outfits you confirm wearing, including dates and ratings.
Style preferences: Your style profile, feedback on outfit suggestions, and personal style rules.
Calendar data: Read-only access to your Google Calendar events, used solely to inform outfit recommendations. Calendar events are not stored permanently.
Location data: Approximate location used to fetch local weather forecasts. Precise location is not stored.
Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details — only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Usage data: Basic analytics via Google Analytics to understand how the app is used.

To provide outfit recommendations tailored to your wardrobe, weather, and calendar.
To remember your style preferences and improve suggestions over time.
To process and manage your subscription.
To improve the DRESSED application.

Third-Party Services

Anthropic: Wardrobe and style data is sent to the Anthropic API to power Vera, our AI stylist. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Supabase: Account data, wardrobe, and outfit history are stored in Supabase. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Stripe: Payment processing for DRESSED Pro. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Google: Authentication and optional Google Calendar integration. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Amazon: The AI Shopper displays Amazon product listings. Clicks may generate affiliate revenue under the Amazon Associates program. See Amazon's Privacy Policy.
Open-Meteo: Weather data fetched using your approximate location. See Open-Meteo's terms.

Google Calendar Data

DRESSED requests read-only access to your Google Calendar solely to display upcoming events alongside outfit suggestions. We do not sell, share, or use calendar data for any purpose other than generating outfit recommendations within the app. Calendar events are not stored after your session ends. Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention

We retain your account and wardrobe data for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@trydressed.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@trydressed.com to exercise these rights.

Children's Privacy

DRESSED is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, secure HTTPS connections, and OAuth-based authentication.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of DRESSED after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
